We were happy to be able to give a review that was both positive and thorough. And we'll be very happy to read the sequels. Even more than just enjoying the book for what it was, we were enjoying it for the possibilities that might come. So we should be thanking you for providing us with the opportunity to enjoy Sean and Thane.

Wow. I have had positive reviews and thorough review but this is the first time I saw both in one package! I appreciate the time and thought you put into this review. There are three planned sequels following Sean and potentially more relating to other characters in this setting. Based on this I am inspired to sit down and start writing the first sequel which is still mainly about Sean, the book after that reveals a lot more about Thane and his past--and the real nature of 'vampirism'.

I'm a fan of Emily Veinglory. I have read almost all she wrote and also Tongue-Tied (http://elisa-rolle.livejournal.com/72698.html). I like it, very much. Another series very particular and somewhat more gothic is Maewyn's Prophecy: it's really interesting but less funny than The Wicca-Man. elisa
